Guests praise the staff above all, along with the setting, the food, the horses and the surf. Complaints are few: some guests feel it is too expensive, and a group of reviews from Indonesian visitors objects to locals being kept off the beach and surf in front of the resort.

5 out of 5 starsSarah, Australia · Tripadvisor We came here for 4 days for our honeymoon and felt fully taken care of by Upi, Putri and the entire NIHI staff. The surf was incredible.
5 out of 5 starsEmily · Tripadvisor The villa was fantastic, the local staff were every bit as warm, attentive and quietly brilliant as we remembered … But, sadly, the overall feel of the place has changed.
